It was mentioned at the meeting that the draft law (Reg. No. 1475) suggests preventing raider attacks on enterprises that are carried out by making amendments to statutory documents on the basis of copies.
The Committee members upheld the bill, adoption of which will promote investment climate in Ukraine by preventing raider attacks on legal entities and ensuring protection of the property right.
MPs also considered the draft law on amendments to the Law "On Legal Status of Foreigners and Stateless Persons" (re improving conditions for investment activity in Ukraine).
The Committee members agreed with authors of this bill that it is necessary to be adopted and decided to recommend that the Verkhovna Rada adopt the bill as a basis.
